The unanimous Declaration of the fifty united States of America

When in the course of American events it becomes necessary for the people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them and to re-assume the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience have shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these States and their citizens; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present Supreme Court, Congress and President of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and their citizens. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

They have made a mockery of our legislative process by passing bills in the dead of night with no time to read, review or debate the bill.

The have mocked the citizenry who have complained by hiring speed readers to read bills so they can claim they have been read.

They have destroyed the inalienable Right of Life by legalizing abortion.

They are destroying the right to own private property by allowing the government to take private property for reasons beyond the constitutional “public use.”

The now control 90% of the media and intend to take control of the rest.

They have refused Assent to Laws such as the rights of corporate bond holders.

They have corrupted our voting by allowing criminals to falsely register voters, vote more than once and in states in which they do not reside, miscount votes, allow illegal aliens to vote and allow voter intimidation without prosecution.

They have illegally fired public servants who have made their corruption public.

They continually lie and tear down American institutions with premature or false assertions such as “The war is lost” and ‘The CIA lied.”

They have corrupted the census by allowing a criminal organization to run it.

They have illegally taken over private corporations.

They have erected a multitude of New Czars, and sent them to harass our people.

They have spent us into unrecoverable debt that has the nation on the precipice of bankruptcy.

They refuse to protect the citizens by controlling our borders to prevent criminals and illegal aliens from crossing into our beloved country.

They are intent on allowing criminals who have entered this country illegally to become citizens in order to garner their votes and further cement their authority.

They are intent in eliminating our national sovereignty and putting us under the control of a world government.

They fail to support democracy in Iran and protest the Honduran democracy saving itself.

They are intent on destroying the family by legalizing same sex marriage allowing children to have abortion without their parents’ knowledge or consent.

They are intent on destroying free speech as it exposes their lies and schemes.

They are intent on eliminating our right to bear arms as it prohibits them from forcibly taking over the country and destroying our Republic.

They are intent on passing new environmental laws based on false science while suppressing the truth.

They are intent on taking over national healthcare so they can have total control over our lives.

They are intent on government takeover of the private sector and destroying the entrepreneurial spirit that has made this the greatest country on Earth.

They exempt themselves from the laws they oppress the citizenry with.

They are attempting to remove God and Religion from our lives and claim that we are no longer a Judeo-Christian nation.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. The Supreme Court, Congress and the President, whose characters are thus marked by every act which may define Tyrants, are unfit to be the leaders of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Government. We have warned them repeatedly of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of their folly. We have appealed to their intelligence and integrity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections. They have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, accountable for their excesses.

We, therefore, the People of the united fifty States of America, in unanimity, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these States, solemnly publish and declare, That these united fifty States are, and of Right ought to be Free from the current Federal Government, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the current Federal Government, and that all political connection between them and the current Federal Government, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do including the formation of a new Federal Government. — And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to legally take back our Country and Government.
