I see the Dems have proposed that states could "opt out" of a public option in State Run Health Care. Of course, it's a non-option as the states (ie, the residents of the state via taxes) will still have to pay for the plan. So, why would any state opt out if they still had to pay? They wouldn't. But the Dems don't think you are smart enough to figure that out.
They also (ala Madam Pelosi) want to change its name, because the American citizens are too stupid to realize it's still a stinking fish whether it's wrapped in newspaper or birthday gift wrap.
Wake up America! You have elected Bozo the clown and the circus to take over your government. I think it was P.T. Barnum that said, "There's a fool born every minute." Time to shut the circus down and run the clowns out of town. You've been fooled once; shame on you. Don't be fooled again. Vote the bums out.
